Connor Gross is the Senior Investment Analyst for QuadCap Wealth Management. Before joining QuadCap in March 2023, Connor was the Investment Analyst and Senior Investment Analyst at True North Advisors, an Independent Wealth-Advisory Multi-Family Office in Dallas. While at True North Advisors, his primary responsibilities included due diligence coverage of investment strategies across public equity, fixed income, hedge funds, real estate, and venture capital. As the lead analyst for True North’s equity portfolio, Connor provided performance commentary and analysis to the Wealth Managers. He led the reviews of the portfolio’s managers and allocations. At QuadCap, he is responsible for guiding the firm’s multi-asset investment strategy, working with the firm’s advisors to build proactive and risk-aware investment portfolios that accomplish client’s long-term financial goals.

While completing his undergraduate degree at Southern Methodist University, Connor developed his passion for financial markets and investing. He subsequently decided to pursue a Master of Science in Finance at the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business. Connor enjoys exploring Dallas restaurants with friends, reading, and traveling to new places in his free time.
