She plays a key role in building long-term client relationships, supporting strategic planning initiatives, and ensuring a seamless experience across all stages of the advisory process.
With a strong foundation in financial analysis and a client-first approach, Sydney collaborates closely with the QuadCap team to help individuals and families navigate complex financial decisions with clarity and confidence.
Sydney joined QuadCap in 2025 after beginning her career as a Financial Analyst at Goldman Sachs Ayco.
Outside The Office
Born in Texas and raised in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, Sydney enjoys an active lifestyle and spending time with the people she cares about most. Outside of work, she can often be found strength training or taking a Solidcore class, trying a new Dallas restaurant, traveling, or enjoying a weekend of football and reality TV. She values balance, connection, and making the most of her time outside the office.
