Overview
Natalie, a strategic partner and liaison coordinating all QuadCap departments, provides leadership and operational oversight across our firm.
Her primary focus is on the client service operations team, which is where she started when she joined QuadCap in 2019. Natalie works in close coordination with all our advisors and their clients, as well as with our custodian, Charles Schwab, to assure that we maintain our high level of customer service and exceed clients’ goals.
Prior to joining QuadCap, Natalie worked in staffing for three years where she refined her skills in recruiting, managing, and mentoring employees. She makes a vital difference in our organization by helping her colleagues be their best selves and go above and beyond in their roles. Natalie’s passion and education has always been for the people side of business and that is clear when you see her work with our team and our clients.
Outside The Office
Natalie was born and raised in Texas and met her husband, Chris, at Texas Tech University. They are both proud and enthusiastic TTU alumni. After recently spending several years in the Midwest, they ultimately made their way back to Texas to be closer to family and lifelong friends.
Their pride and joy are their two labradors, Louie and Lila, and much of their free time is spent making sure those two are living their most fulfilled (read: spoiled) lives.
While Natalie stays focused on her career during the week, she is a true weekend warrior at heart. Her and her husband’s time outside of work is often spent taking on home projects and continually creating a space that is both functional and welcoming. Inspired in part by their time away, they have a strong appreciation for the importance of home and connection, and they love hosting family and friends, making their home a place where others feel comfortable and at ease.
