Overview
In her multifaceted role, Cortnie collaborates with advisors and support teams to execute wealth management strategies tailored to clients and their families. She is a trusted leader in crafting and implementing solutions in areas such as insurance, investment strategies, estate planning, and retirement planning.
With more than 15 years of experience in finance and operational management, Cortnie brings significant expertise to her role as CFO. She oversees the firm’s financial and accounting operations, including budget and financial planning, financial reporting, accounts receivable and payable, payroll, and financial systems management.
Cortnie joined QuadCap Wealth Management in January 2014. Previously, she honed her advising skills at First Financial Equity Corporation and gained valuable leadership experience managing teams at Bank of America.
Outside The Office
Cortnie and her husband, Eric, are proud parents to four wonderful children and an energetic golden doodle who keep their hearts (and schedules) full. They cherish family time, traveling together, and cheering on their favorite teams. As dedicated members of the Texas Tech Alumni Association, Cortnie and Eric are passionate supporters of Red Raiders football, making it a family tradition to attend games whenever possible.
Cortnie’s experience as a mother reinforces her dedication to helping families plan for their futures, a commitment she brings to both her personal and professional life.
Cortnie remains actively involved with Texas Tech University’s Personal Financial Planning program, participating in career fairs, alumni panels, and networking events to mentor the next generation of financial professionals.
